◎ How this site came about

This site, a gift to you, was mooted end of 2017 by a group of Malaysian yogis who were deeply motivated and inspired by the wisdom of Sayadaw U Tejaniya in his guidance of Satipatthana. This is solely a yogi-practice support site. For other information and enquiries, kindly access ashintejaniya.org.

◎ HOW TO GO ABOUT

If you are a newbie, Opening Talks will be a great starter. A seasoned yogi? Wise Utterances will be a nice appetizer, with Guided Meditation as a followup. Wisdom's Roar is for those on the move.
