If the dhamma mind is ready, dhamma is everywhere. However, in the beginning, kilesas are everywhere.

That is why we need to be able to practice using kilesas as the meditation object. They can help us grow in wisdom – we use the kilesas to help us grow the wisdom if we know how to practice.
