Yogi: It’s just knowing, knowing, and knowing. There is not much interest.

Sayadaw: You need to continue to be aware for the mind to mature. Every time the mind is aware, wisdom follows slowly, but it is not obvious. 

That is why I say that knowing is not nothing.
