EASY WAY OF CHECKING AND BRINGING ON AWARENESS

One easy way to appreciate the awareness is to just ask yourself every now and then ‘Is there awareness?’

If the reply is a resounding ‘Yes, there is awareness’, you then know that it is clearly present.

That also helps you to come back to the awareness.
